My story

A504867 Approximate 4-year-old spayed female **NO SMALL CHILDREN IN THE SAME HOME** This canine entered the shelter as a stray, and unfortunately, her original owner did not reclaim her. Observations indicate that she interacts harmoniously with other dogs; however, she exhibits discomfort when they engage in rough play or paw at her back. Initially, she requires a few minutes to acclimate, but once comfortable, she demonstrates loyalty by following her handler. It is essential for her prospective adopter to provide ample time for decompression. Throughout her shelter stay, she has maintained a quiet demeanor, suggesting that a tranquil and peaceful environment would be ideal. Adoption hours are Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM. If you have another dog or older children residing in your household, a meet-and-greet session is mandatory. Additionally, renters must verify with their landlord prior to adoption to ensure that canine companions are permitted.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt , please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
