My story

Wheaties is your new best friend! This sweet girl is very friendly with her humans, but is also fiercely independent. She will come to you for pets or playtime, and once she’s had her fill, she’ll strike out on her own: she just has so many things to do and explore! Playtime is her favorite, especially if she can get her paws on a shoelace, but she’s more than happy to curl up next to you for a time and get all the love and affection you have to give her. Wheaties looooves to have people around. She’s not afraid to vocalize if she’s left by herself for too long, just to remind you that she’s there and wants to hang out! She’ll entertain herself, whether by feeding her curiosity and exploring her surroundings or just by napping in the sun. Wheaties likes to have someone else to play with and get pets from, but she does also like her space for R&R throughout the day. Her ideal home is a balance between busy and quiet, giving her stimulation when she is energetic and calm when she’s tired.
