Meet Ethel! 🐾 Breed: Aussie/Blue Heeler Mix 🖤 Color: Black and White 🎂 DOB: May 15, 2025 Ethel is a sweet, gentle soul with a heart as big as her puppy-dog eyes. This smart little girl keeps her kennel spotless and hasn’t had a single accident in the house — she's well on her way to being fully house-trained! She’s happiest when she’s close to her people, whether she’s cuddled up on the couch or trotting alongside you from room to room. Ethel is still getting used to loud noises, but she’s making great progress every day. This girl is easygoing when it comes to nail trims, and with her loving temperament and eagerness to please, she’s sure to be a loyal and affectionate addition to any home. Ethel is looking for a family that will give her the love, patience, and cuddles she deserves. Could that be you? All dogs of NWMNAR are screened at the headquarters in Ada, Mn until they are vetted. They are then transferred to foster homes throughout MN and some into ND so they can get used to lifestyles with a family in a home. Adoption fee for an adult dog is $300 + Mn tax. Adoption fee for a dog over 3 years of age is $300 + Mn tax., pup/dog1 year to 3 years is $400 + Mn tax. Under 1 year of age $500 + Mn tax. Because NWMNAR is not a public shelter, meet and greets do not take place until an application has been approved and a home visit has been completed in person or virtually. Meet and greets will take place in a public setting along with the adoption if compatible. Dogs can be met in Ada, MN weekday and weekends, or in our alternate office location in Maple Grove, MN on weekends only.
