Rocco

My story

Meet Rocco, a young, vibrant soul residing in our shelter. He`s a bundle of excitable joy, boasting traits like friendliness, playfulness, and intelligence. He has already learned the sit, stay, come, no, down, off, fetch, and shake commands. Rocco is also house-trained and has a protective streak, making him both a delightful companion and a loyal friend. He is still learning not to use his 48-pound to pull while on a leash and he`ll need guidance to curb his desire to chew and use his sad puppy eyes to beg. He likes agility, fetch, running, tugging, toys, walks, water, and chase. His curious nature and intense energy make every day an adventure. He`s affectionate, always ready for a cuddle or to sit on your lap, making him the perfect family addition. He`s the epitome of a lovable social butterfly, always eager to make new friends. While he`s easygoing and friendly with other dogs he is also a bit rough and is possessive of his food. He also thinks chasing stray cats is loads of fun. He has no experience with children. He was given up because his humans didn`t have enough time for him. Adopt Rocco and bring home endless love and lively companionship. (tw 7/29/2025)
