My story

Meet Floyd (Tripod!) Update 05/08/25 Floyd is a special foster kitty who has truly blossomed since his recent leg amputation. This charming tripod boy has found his groove and is now loving life—and all the simple joys that come with it! What makes Floyd special? His favorite toy right now? A humble zip tie—he’ll bat it around with pure joy. He LOVES a good hallway race with his humans (spoiler alert: he always wins). He’s super smart and already knows “sit” and “sit pretty.” He enjoys sunbathing in a cozy window bed and lounging stretched out on the couch for some evening TV time. Curious and observant, Floyd keeps close watch while you do dishes or prep dinner—he might even sneak a taste if you’re having soup (his guilty pleasure!). But his favorite thing of all? Cuddles, gentle pets, and just being near his people. Floyd would thrive in a quiet, calm home with no dogs. He’d love a gentle, playful feline friend to keep him company and match his sweet energy. He’s been in foster care for a little while now, and he’s more than ready to find a forever home where he can continue to heal, grow, and be loved. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply to adopt Floyd through RadCat Inc. in Fort Oglethorpe, GA: www.radcat.org/adopt

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Floyd (Tripod!), please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
