Meet Barry – Your Next Adventure Buddy! 🐾 Barry is a young, medium-sized Kelpie mix (with a little bit of everything!) who’s ready to take on the world with his forever family by his side. Weighing in at just around 30 pounds, Barry is the perfect size for cuddling on the couch and hitting the trails. This curious and energetic boy loves to explore his surroundings and thrives on new experiences. He’s good on leash and enjoys his walks, especially when he gets to sniff all the exciting things the world has to offer. While Barry can be a bit cautious when meeting new people, once he feels safe, his affectionate and playful personality shines through. He truly blossoms with the people he trusts and will happily soak up all the attention you’re willing to give. Barry is still learning how to manage his enthusiasm around his favorite humans — he gets so excited sometimes he forgets his manners — so a little guidance and positive reinforcement will go a long way in helping him be his best self. He did great meeting other dogs in the shelter playgroup and would likely enjoy a friendly canine companion to romp around with.
