Lila and Lucy

Lila (long-haired dilute calico) is mommy to Lucy (short-haired orange tabby). Lila is a wonderful, loving and protective mother, but now it is her time to find a furever home she can share with her daughter.  Lila is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside.  She loves, loves, loves pets!  You can pet her as long as you would like and she just never seems to get tired of it.  When you are ready for a break though, you just have to stop and she will quietly meander off for a little snooze.  Even though she was a momma, she still likes to play.  She doesn’t pay much attention to a feather wand, but she will go a bit berserk chasing that little red dot!  She also likes to roll around and rumble with her babies. Lucy is from a group of kitty kids with TONS of energy that love to play, chase, rumble and tumble. They play rough but will immediately respond to a little yelp if they get a little too excited. If you want an active, playful and busy kitty, she is the one for you. Wand toys are a favorite, but she also loves soft toys, plastic springs--you name it, she will play with it. In fact, Lucy goes INSANE for a feather wand! She will jump as high as she can to try to get that little fluttering feather wand. She stays busy, busy, busy. She is just starting to get used to settling down with her foster mom when she finally gets tired, but she likes to settle down on a blanket between foster mom's feet or legs. She is a sweet girl, but she plays just as hard, maybe even harder than her brothers! These kitties should get along with kids, other cats, and cat-friendly dogs given proper introductions.  Lucy was born approximately April 26, 2025, and Lila was born approximately May 10, 2023. Their combined adoption fee is $232.50. They are spayed, up-to-date on shots and deworming, have microchips, and tested negative for feline leukemia virus.  You can visit our adoptable cats and kittens during weekend business hours at our adoption center, address and times above. During the week, all our kitties live in licensed foster homes, and while most do come to the adoption center each weekend, not every kitty attends every weekend.
