My story

🐾 Meet River – A Cuddly Snowball Full of Love River is a 14kg Samoyed mix with a fluffy white coat and a big heart. He adores people and loves cuddles, but can be shy around unfamiliar adult men. Give him just 30 minutes, and he’ll roll over and snuggle right into your arms. ✅ Basic Info Name: River Breed: Samoyed mix Age: 1–2 years (estimated) Gender: Male (Neutered) Weight: 14kg / 30 lbs Vaccinated: Yes Health: Great! Loves going to the vet. ✅ Personality People: Very affectionate. Shy with some men at first but warms up quickly. Kids: Likes kids, but may not be ideal for very young ones due to size/energy. Dogs: Friendly and playful with bigger dogs. Can be a bit rough with small ones. Cats: No experience, but likely to approach confidently. ✅ Living & Training House training: Not fully confirmed; may mark indoors at first. Energy: 8–9/10. Needs daily walks and play. Leash: Slight pulling, but manageable. Separation: Doesn’t like being crated; may bark for attention. No aggression. ⚠️ Notes Can jump over low gates — secure areas recommended. Needs a family who’ll give him time, patience, and love. River is a sweet, social boy who thrives on affection. If you're ready for a loyal, playful companion, River is waiting for you. 🐶💛

If you have any questions or would like to adopt RIVER, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
