Arthur is a sweet, silly, happy, bouncy kitten. He loves rough-housing with his friend Edgar and loves playing and cuddling with his human friends. Arthur is ready for a home in need of some playful kitten energy, and would love to have a kitty friend. He'd be happy to make a new friend or to be adopted with Edgar.
