My story

Breezy Wilo is a sweet and lively cat who brings energy and affection wherever he goes. Heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s a curious explorer, always eager to discover new things and entertain himself with anything from catnip to a laser pointer. Wiloâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s playful antics, like chasing his own tail and tossing toys in the air, are sure to bring smiles to anyone lucky enough to meet him. Though heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s full of energy, Wilo also knows how to relax and enjoy the quiet moments, often kneading blankets like a professional biscuit maker before settling in for a cozy nap. His favorite napping position is laying on his back with all four feet up in the air. He thrives on human companionship, loves getting cuddles, and is a professional door greeter for when you come home. Wilo is curious and playful around dogs and would do well in a home with calm, tolerant pups. Wilo is looking for a loving forever home where he can be the center of the family tree and get plenty of attention, playtime, and share lots of affection. Wilo is FIV+. FIV is a virus that can cause a weakened immune system, but most FIV+ cats live normal lives with no difference in lifespan compared to other cats. FIV is spread only through deep bite wounds or mating, so thereâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s minimal risk to other cats in the home, especially since all DPA cats are spayed/neutered prior to adoption. We recommend slow introductions when bringing home any new pet and can provide resources and guidance for a peaceful transition. Regular vet visits to detect illnesses early are important for FIV+ cats, but many FIV+ cats will live long, healthy lives with little to no symptoms. All Dallas Pets Alive adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon adoption. The standard minimum donation for cats over six months to seven years is $100, kittens under six months is $150, cats eight years and over are $50 unless specified otherwise.
