My story

Hi, I’m Kuromi! I’m the boldest of my little crew and proud of it. I’ve come such a long way and really started to shine—I’m curious, playful, and maybe just a little bit sassy. I keep a close eye on my siblings and make sure they’re doing okay. You could say I’m the big sister type.I’m very into my food (who isn’t?) and will do just about anything for a Churu treat. My favorite pastime is showing my crinkle toys who’s boss. After a good play session, I love to curl up on the bed for a nap and dream about my next snack. I’m still figuring out the whole “cuddling” thing, but when I’m comfy and happy, I purr like a little motor and let out the cutest chirps you’ve ever heard.Oh—and have you seen my fur? I’ve got long, soft hair with subtle tabby markings, white legs and undercoat, and even a fancy white streak down my back. I’m basically a supermodel. I’m looking for a patient, loving home where I can keep blossoming at my own pace.Almost Home adopts kittens under 6 months of age in pairs, as kittens that young are not fully socialized and need a same/similar-age playmate in order not to become a nuisance to family members—including other pets in the home. Adopting kittens in pairs allows them to complete the kitty socialization process, learn good kitty manners, and have a playmate so their humans can sleep at night.
