My story

Dear sweet Fiji arrived at the shelter after a Good Samaritan found her lying in the road! She had a few bumps and bruises but is recovered and ready to start a new life with a family who will keep her safe.She`s been shy and sweet at the shelter, seeking affection from staff and volunteers during daily walks. She`s decided that a snuggle or a `lean` helps her feel more confident! She has easily learned routines at the shelter and happily demonstrates her command of `sit` whenever requested.She`s a bit shy with other dogs during morning playgroups. Should you have a dog at home who needs a quiet friend like Fiji, our shelter staff will help introduce her to be sure everyone gets along, just like they do for all the other dogs here.Fiji is vaccinated, spayed and microchipped.
