With his focused eyes and sleek, dark coat flecked with brindle, he’s always alert—like the ocean before a storm, calm but powerful underneath. As an American Blue Heeler mix, Neptune shows all the signs of being clever, observant, and loyal. He’s a quiet leader in the making, more interested in studying the world than jumping into it without a plan. He may not make the most noise, but his presence is steady, grounded, and full of quiet confidence. Neptune came to Northern Virginia from Russell County, VA, and he’s ready to find a forever family who’ll appreciate his thoughtful nature and gentle spirit. He’s the kind of pup who bonds deeply and will be your loyal co-captain through calm seas and rough.
