My story

How this pet arrived: Mendi was brought in by their previous owner on June 22, 2025. Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Mendi! Mendi's not one to rush into things--he's more of a "take your time" kind of pup. At first, he might hang back a little and give you the classic "Hmm... I'm watching you" side-eye. He just needs a bit of patience, a calm vibe, and maybe a squeaky toy (or three) to feel comfy. Once he knows you're safe? That's when the magic starts. Expect soft tail wags, gentle little nudges, a big smile and those big eyes full of trust that'll melt your heart every single time. In his foster home, Mendi settled in nicely, getting along with the foster's small resident dog (as long as resources are not shared) and enjoying a mix of lounging on the couch and going for energetic walks. Mendi seems potty-trained and responds to commands like "Sit," "Shake" and "Leave it." He is looking for a calm home, without the hustle and bustle of young kids, where he can really feel at ease.
