Current Location: Manchester, MD Meet Simon! Although Simon just arrived at OPH, he's already melting hearts! His foster says that he is very sweet and outgoing. He is great with kids, does great in the crate and he is overall a great, easy puppy. He's not super high energy and seems to be more mellow. Such a perfect boy!
