Olive

My story

Olive has already lived through more than most dogs should, and it shows in her thoughtful, cautious nature. She takes her time warming up, preferring to quietly take everything in, but underneath that hesitance is a heart full of love just waiting to shine. Once she feels safe, her people are rewarded with soft tail wags and the sweetest, most soulful eyes. An old, untreated injury meant Olive had to lose a leg, and she’s still adjusting to life as a tripod. But she’s learning every day what it means to feel safe, cared for, and loved. With time, consistency, and a patient heart, Olive is going to blossom into the incredible companion we know she’s meant to be. She may be a little wobbly on three legs, but her resilience and quiet courage are truly inspiring.
