Basil

My story

Basil is a quirky, playful kitten with a big personality and a soft spot he’s still learning to show. He’s not the cuddliest guy (yet!), but he is endlessly entertaining. He LOVES to play, especially with a wand toy – he’ll leap through the air with wild enthusiasm, then suddenly remember you’re nearby and dash off like a tiny ninja. But don’t worry—he always comes back for more. Basil is still learning to trust humans, but he’s already made great progress in his foster home. With a little patience and a lot of playtime, he’s opening up more each day. He gets along well with his foster siblings and would do great in a home with another playful cat to help show him the ropes. If you’re looking for a cat with a sense of humor, a ton of energy, and the potential to blossom into a loving companion, Basil might just be your guy. He may be a little spicy now, but with the right person, we think he’ll turn into something truly sweet.
