My story

Meet Ani! This handsome 10-month-old blonde tabby is the perfect blend of high-energy playmate and professional snuggler. If you are looking for a young cat who will keep you entertained all day and warm your lap all night, look no further! He is a high-energy boy who lives for "the hunt." Whether it’s a feather wand, a toy on a stick, or a classic toy mouse, he is always ready to pounce. He has a special soft spot for yarn and feathers—anything that flutters or wiggles will catch his eye immediately. He is also extremely food-motivated, making him a quick learner. He currently enjoys being a free feeder, allowing him to snack and refuel between his adorable zoomie sessions. When the playing is done, the sweetness begins. This little guy is a dedicated cuddler with both humans and his feline friends. He has a few adorable signature moves: The Biscuit Maker: He is a master at kneading soft surfaces. The Purr Motor: His purr starts up the moment he begins "making biscuits." The Comfort Suckle: For extra comfort, he loves to suckle on soft blankets while he settles in for a nap. He is a social butterfly who thrives in a busy, loving environment. He would do best in a home that might include one of the following or any combination of another young cat or cats that match his energy level, small dogs as he's a fan of canine company, or an active human playmate looking for some feline interaction. While he hasn't been around children recently, he was known to be very tolerant and patient when he was younger. Ani is ready to bring endless joy to a loving fur-ever home, apply today and maybe it could be yours! All Abandoned Pet Project adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age appropriate vaccines upon adoption. Our adoption fee for puppies is $250, adults are $200, and senior dogs are $100, while our adoption fee for kittens is $150, adults are $100, and senior cats are $50 unless specified otherwise.
