My story

BlazeMaleAge: 1Weight: 45 lbsBreed: Lab Mix Hi there! I’m Blaze — your future adventure buddy and fetch fanatic! I’m a happy, high-energy guy who’s always up for some fun. Whether it's a hike, a game of fetch, or just a good old zoom around the yard, I’m your go-to pal for outdoor adventures. I was found as a stray, so a fenced-in yard would be ideal for me to safely burn off some of my energy (and keep my fetch game strong!). I get along great with other dogs and love kids too! I haven’t met any cats yet, so I’m not sure how I feel about those furry mysteries. I’m crate trained, potty trained, and working hard on my leash manners — still trying to figure out that whole “not pulling” thing. I’ve got quite the bark, so an apartment with shared walls probably isn’t the best fit for me. When it comes to training, I’m picking things up quickly — I already know “sit,” “crate,” and “leave it,” and I’m eager to learn more (especially if treats are involved… I love treats!). I enjoy pets and snuggling with my people on the couch, but I am also content with relaxing on the floor and playing with a chew toy.  If you’re looking for a sweet, smart, slightly silly best friend to keep you moving and laughing, I just might be your guy.
