Chester’s life was turned upside down when his previous owner went to prison, but he hasn’t let that dampen his spirit. He’s now looking for a stable, loving home where he’ll always feel safe, wanted, and cherished. He’s doing great with potty training, is good in his crate, and gets along well with the other dogs in his foster home.
