BLUEY

My story

This handsome brindle & white boy is Bluey! He arrived at the shelter as a lost dog with ID on 7/16, and sadly, his people never came to reclaim him. Bluey is now hoping for a new, forever home where he will be loved and kept safe so that he never ends up back in the shelter. The volunteers describe Bluey as a friendly and attentive dog. He is quiet in his kennel and he sits nicely when asked. He is quite strong on leash, so he'll do best with someone patient and kind who can commit to working on his leash walking skills. Bluey is approximately 2 years old and weighs 68 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines, has been microchipped, and did test negative for heartworms. He will be neutered upon adoption. Bluey is waiting patiently in run 882; his ID # is 11986. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
