True to her name, she’s soft, sweet, and just wants to be close to someone who will love her as much as she loves back. Velvet had a rough start and came to us very shy, but with time, patience, and a little TLC, she’s beginning to blossom into a loving, gentle companion. She’s house trained, non-destructive, and although she doesn’t love the crate, she tolerates it well when needed. She gets along well with other dogs but isn’t much of a player — she’s more of a chill observer. She also has a bit of a silly side and likes to "chat" with you and at the dogs on TV, which is guaranteed to make you smile. She adores sleeping in bed with her people and thrives on quiet companionship. ✅ Good with other dogs ✅ House trained ✅ Crate tolerant ✅ Easygoing and affectionate ✅ Up-to-date on vaccines 🧡 Would do best in a home with adults or older children Velvet is heartworm positive and has received a slow kill injection.
