Hank

My story

Meet Hank! This smart guy is looking for his forever family. Hank is 4 years old and 95 pounds. Hank is great on the leash, with obedience commands, and going to his designated “place” on command - especially if you reward him with treats! He enjoys playing with other dogs and kids, belly rubs, chewing on ice cubes, walks, runs, and treats (oh, did we mention that already?!). Hank does not enjoy cats and thinks the mailman is his sworn enemy.  Hank has also been trained using remote collar training. He enjoys being active and would do best in a home with a fenced in yard.  If you’re looking for a guy who is a mix of youthful energy and grown-up loyalty, who enjoys being active but also burrowing into blankets, then Hank is for you! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH.
