My story

Hi, I’m Gustavo! I came from a tough place — I was one of 40–60 dogs rescued from a hoarding situation in Santa Rosa. Life there was loud, crowded, and confusing. But now that I’m at Pets Lifeline, I’m learning what it means to be safe, cared for, and loved. Even after everything I’ve been through, I’m an outgoing, affectionate guy who just wants to be near people. I may not know all the rules of being a pet just yet, but I’m eager to learn. I’ve got so much love to give — I just need someone patient and kind to help me discover what a real forever home feels like. The folks here are still getting to know me, but so far they say I’m a total sweetheart with a big heart and an even bigger smile. Could I be your new best friend?
