My story

Rio-Sproodle (Spring Spaniel/Poodle) male puppy, DOB 8-27-24 (July 2025) Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application. Rio came to Rescue from a Breeder situation. She had sold Rio and that home did not work out for him. She didn't have time or an inclination to help him again and tossed him out. A Trainer took him in, and placed him in a Prison Training Program (Woman's Prison). He's been busy learning all kinds of things. Now house trained and crate trained. He's learning obedience and has husbandry and grooming skills. He has not been exposed to children or cats so that is an unknown. His breed description says they make good family dogs; they're well behaved, love to be kept involved in family activities and get along well with children and other household pets. His dog skills are great, friendly, in fact described as very social.... and energetic. The Trainer says he will need a patient, experienced new family that can continue his training and help him become a great canine companion. A quieter home would probably be best for him. He weighs 30# and is almost full grown. He's a beautiful black/silver/white color. Rio's adoption fee is $600 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. For our application, please email rescuebc@hotmail.com Please include your location and a phone number for future communication.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Rio, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
