COURTESY POST – GERMAN SHEPHERD IN NEED OF NEW HOME Located in West Sacramento, CA Meet Lilo, a 1.5-year-old spayed and vaccinated German Shepherd who is looking for a new home through no fault of her own. Her current owner is recovering from multiple surgeries and can no longer provide the active lifestyle Lilo needs. Lilo is: House-trained and crate-trained Friendly with children but may do best in a calmer home Good with some dogs, but not with chickens or small animals (she has a high prey drive) A protective companion who bonds closely with her person Energetic and requires daily exercise; loves to run Ideal Home: Lilo would thrive in a home that can give her structure, activity, and continued training. She can jump fences when anxious, so secure containment is a must. All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months).    All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control.
