My story

Shimmy is living in a foster home. Up to date on vaccines: Yes! Microchipped: Yes! Our microchips will automatically register when an adoption is finalized More about Shimmy: Housebroken: Shimmy has a neurological condition that makes it hard for him to walk long distances so he primarily uses potty pads. Crate trained: Yes! Leash walking: Shimmy does not go on leash walks due to his neurological condition but would love a quiet yard to relax in. He recently has been enjoying going on walks in a doggy stroller. Dog social: Yes! Shimmy loves other dogs and lives with another dog in his foster home! Cat social: Yes! Shimmy lives with a cat in his foster home and has been doing great! Kid friendly: Yes! He has done well in brief interactions with respectful kids. Shimmy likes: - Playing with his toys - Making new friends, or loving on existing ones -Snuggling! Shimmy is the sweetest little guy who loves to cuddle! He also instantly falls in love with anyone two legged or four legged that he meets. He loves to play with his toys, chew on his bones and have lick pads. While he does have a neurological issue that can make it difficult for him to get around at times, he doesn't let that get him down! He would love an adopter who can be understanding of his needs. Shimmy has a cerebellovestibular neurological condition that causes him to have tremors, but he is otherwise apparently healthy.
