My story

I’m Mint, a 7-year-old, 65-pound Australian Shepherd mix. I have bright white teeth so might be younger! I’m outgoing, very sweet, and thrive on human affection. I will lean against you to get pets and hugs. I’m crate trained and housetrained, and I'm good with other dogs. Although I’m an Aussie, I’m quiet and not super high energy. I am a kind, loving boy. I was rescued from a large hoarding situation in Louisiana and went through heartworm treatment but now am healthy and ready for my forever home (I just need to lose a few pounds I gained during my recovery) Please apply at https://www.saveadog.org/applytoadopt.asp, and someone will get right back to you.
