My story

This sweet pup is the perfect mix of playful energy and sleepy cuddles! She can be a little rebel at times—full of puppy mischief and curiosity—but settles down wonderfully when tired and sleeps soundly through the night. She’s still learning the ropes, especially when it comes to chewing and nibbling, so she does best with consistent redirection and supervision. She’s a crate champ and does really well when crated, especially overnight. While she’s still working on potty training, she does give great signals (like sitting by the door) when she’s ready to go outside. Potty pads aren’t really her thing, she prefers the real day (pottying outside), but she’s eager to learn with your help! Around dogs she knows, she is very bold and brave, but she’s quite shy with new animals and people. She’s also a bit unsure—but very curious—around cats and deer. If you’re looking for a puppy with lots of potential, playful personality, and a big heart, Lucy might just be your new best friend.
