My story

Get ready for the brother from another mother and sister from another mister who love each other all the same! Even though they met for the first time when they were almost two months old, it didn’t take long for Niamh and Menelaus to start tussling and cuddling like they took their first steps together. Whether it's lounging on your desk next to your keyboard or nestling on top of your pillow, these two are attached at the hip, dawdling around as they follow you from room to room. They love people as much as they love each other, taking breaks from their play to come over and check in on you, to say a sweet hello. Their personalities are perfect complements. Menelaus is a clumsy little love bug, often tripping over himself to rub every part of his face against your hand as he still grows into his Greek-hero-sized paws. He loves kisses on the head - so much so that he will return the favor by licking your face. His stereotypical Orange Cat Chaos™ comes out in the intensity of his biscuit-making; he often begins purring and kneading the ground as soon as you walk in the room. Niamh, on the other hand, is the picture of high society refinement, with her striking calico fur pattern. She prefers the finer things in life: eating fish-and-shrimp-based wet food, lying belly-up in your arms like a sleepy baby, watching you attentively from across the parlor. Don’t be fooled, though. She still rolls around and hunts her cat toys like any self-respecting kitten should. These two have become family; they can’t wait to invite you into it!August 14, 2025, 1:27 pm

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Niamh & Menelaus, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
