If you would like more information about Percy or are interested in adopting him, please contact this number, 832-784-2103 Percy is a 1-year-old male black purebred miniature poodle whom we purchased from a breeder when he was about 8 weeks old. He weighs about 8.5 pounds and loves to be cuddled and carried around like an infant on your shoulder. He has an unusual skin allergy that we have not identified because he needs some thorough bloodwork to identify the root cause. Since we cannot afford this, we have been experimenting with foods and allergy medications to help him out. Percy is friendly with our neighbors' dog, and he adores children. He is gentle, smart, loving, and truly a lap baby.
