Peaches is a lovable 3-year-old Siberian Husky mix with the heart of a best friend and the manners to match. With her striking red-and-white coat, bright eyes, and gentle spirit, she’s sure to win you over the moment you meet her. Peaches is cute as can be and very obedient — she already knows how to sit on command and loves being around people. She’s affectionate and ready for a life full of love and companionship. She came to us with an injury to her tail, which unfortunately had to be amputated. But Peaches has healed beautifully and hasn’t let that stop her one bit. She’s still happy, playful, and just as loving as ever. Peaches did test positive for heartworms, but with proper treatment and care, she can go on to live a long and healthy life. Please speak with shelter staff about the option of fostering to adopt while Peaches receives her treatment. This resilient, gentle girl is more than ready for her forever home. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
