My story

Fred is a big, friendly boy that is just a big goofball! His story started out sad when he was left tied up at the shelter, with his buddy Barney, while it was closed. Why they were left there, we'll never know but we do now that they are safe and will never be left behind again. Fred has been neutered, had palate surgery, and had entropion (basically an eye lift). He has dry eye so is on life long eye meds, which he is so good about receiving. He loves people and wags his long tail whenever he meets someone. He gets along with other dogs but because of his size, he can play a little rough. He also need some help learning not to jump up when he's excited but he can't help being so happy! He is mostly likely potty trained, as he never makes a mess in his kennel. He has not been tested with cats. We don't know his history with children but due to his size, and excitability, he may knock small children over.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Fred, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
