My story

Meet Pewder, a two and a half year old Pit/Cattle Dog mix weighing 55 pounds.Pewder is a sweet, friendly pup with a heart full of love and just a touch of shyness. He can be a little unsure when faced with new experiences, but he’s learning quickly and gaining confidence every day. Once he knows you`re a friend, he’s all in—offering gentle kisses and sticking close by your side.He walks well on leash and truly enjoys his strolls, taking in the world at a comfortable pace. Pewder would love a calm, patient home where he can continue to blossom and feel safe. If you`re looking for a loyal companion with a tender heart, Pewder is your guy!This pet is available for adoption on 7/21/2025 at 2:25 PM at the Yakima Humane Society adoption center.
