My story

Say hello to Florence, a stunning 3-year-old black beauty with who has bright eyes, and a big heart. Florence has spent the last few months being the best mama to her 5 adorable kittens, and now it’s her turn to be pampered and find a forever home of her own! Florence is the perfect blend of independent and affectionate. She’s happy doing her own thing, but she won’t say no to a chin scratch or a quick snuggle. This girl LOVES her food – mealtime is the highlight of her day – and her playful side still shines through when a toy comes her way. Now that her babies are growing up and nearly ready to find their own homes, Florence is looking for a calm, loving place where she can finally be the one taken care of. She’s a quiet companion with a gentle spirit who would thrive in a relaxed home with humans who respect her space and shower her with treats and toys. Florence is good with teenagers, low energy dogs, and other cats! If you’re looking for a loyal, low-maintenance feline friend who’s already proven she’s full of love, Florence is your girl. All HART kittens and cats are vet checked, combo tested, spayed or neutered, up to date on all vaccines, microchipped, and on flea and tick preventative. The application will put you in touch with a HART volunteer.
