My story

How this pet arrived: This pet was brought in by a community member on June 28th, 2025. Why this pet is the one for you:This brave little fashionista has been through a lot-she's healing from a broken hip, pelvis, and leg-but her sweet spirit never wavers. While she's no longer sporting her exclusive orthopedic splint (retired from the runway!), she's still on a healing journey and due for routine x-rays to monitor her progress. Right now, Jeggings is living the spa life: cozy crate or x-pen lounging, room service meals, and short, supervised potty strolls. She's still on strict rest-no running, jumping, or furniture climbing-until her bones are fully healed, which will likely be around the end of August, depending on her x-ray results. She's looking for a calm, loving home where someone can help her finish her recovery with patience, gentle care, and maybe a few extra treats. If you're ready to be her healing hero, Jeggings is ready to steal your heart! At SDHS:Jeggings has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. She is now ready for her new home!
