This sweet Lab mix made her way to safety after surviving the devastating floods in Texas, and now she’s ready to start her new life with a loving family.Gentle, affectionate, and wonderfully family-friendly, Penelope is everything you’d hope for in a puppy. She’s curious about the world, loves to snuggle, and is eager to learn with the help of kind, patient humans.Despite her rough start, Penelope’s spirit is full of hope.
