My story

Nerissa is a beautiful young Great Dane with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She’s had a rough start in life—her early days were filled with uncertainty, and she missed out on the structure and security every puppy needs. But Nerissa is a survivor, and she's more than ready for a fresh start with a family who will love her unconditionally. This girl desperately craves human attention. She wants to be near her people, soaking up affection and learning what it means to be part of a family. She’ll gladly share your love with other pets and gets along well with all big dogs. However, Nerissa doesn’t like to share her food bowl—mealtime is personal for her, and she needs space and understanding when it’s time to eat. Nerissa is clever and determined—so clever, in fact, that she can jump fences! A secure yard and supervision are musts as she learns the boundaries of her new home. She’s still a puppy at heart and needs consistent training and patient guidance to help her grow into the confident, well-mannered Dane she’s meant to be. With the right home, Nerissa will blossom into a loyal and loving companion.
