My story

Meet Raylin – A Heart Full of Gold, Just Waiting for You    There’s something truly special about Raylin. This gentle, 4-month-old Beagle/Shepherd mix was found on a remote stretch of the Natchez Trace Highway in Southern Tennessee—scared, starving, and abandoned alongside her sisters. But despite such a heartbreaking start, Raylin’s spirit remains unbroken and full of love.   Now safe in a caring foster home thanks to our special Critter Cavalry Rescue volunteers, and  quickly Raylin is blossoming. She’s around 25 pounds now and expected to grow into a graceful 45–50 pound beauty. With her soft white 'stocking' legs sprinkled in adorable freckles and the most soulful eyes you've ever seen, she’ll melt your heart in a single glance. What you immediately notice is how Raylin iis so gentle, affectionate, and easy-going. She’s not high-energy—just the perfect mix of curious and calm. She enjoys playtime with her doggy foster siblings, but what she loves most is snuggling next to you on the couch or curling up for a cozy nap on the bed. She’s quickly learning the ropes of house training, doesn’t guard her food or toys, and is adjusting beautifully to crate life.   This sweet girl adores children, is kind-natured, and watches the world with a quiet, thoughtful wonder. She’s learning what love feels like—and she’s ready to return it tenfold.   Raylin has been fully vetted—spayed, vaccinated, and dewormed—and now all she needs is a forever family to show her that home is a place where she’ll always be safe and loved.   If Raylin’s gentle spirit has touched your heart, please email us at ccrtennessee@gmail.com and let us know where you live. She’s waiting patiently to meet her person. Maybe it's you.   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comJuly 22, 2025, 9:49 am

If you have any questions or would like to adopt PUPPY RAYLIN, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
