My story

*Name: Smiley McGee *Age: 3 years old *Current Weight: 30 lbs *Rescued from: South Carolina *Adoption fee: $475 Meet Smiley McGee – Your Future Best Friend! Looking for a dog who lives up to her name? Say hello to Smiley McGee, the happiest 3-year-old pup you’ll ever meet! This sweet girl literally grins whenever she is happy to see you—and yes, it's as heart-melting as it sounds. With a personality as bright as her smile, Smiley charms everyone she meets—both two-legged and four! Settling In & Blossoming Smiley recently moved into her foster home and is adjusting beautifully. While she was a little nervous at first, she’s now calm, curious, and gaining confidence every day. Her foster family says it’s been such a joy watching her decompress and explore her new world. Walks are going great, and she’s already learning leash manners (a front-clip harness helps a lot!). Personality Plus! Smiley is the total package: Sweet, loving, and affectionate Curious about everything—she loves learning about her environment Sociable and playful—she wants to greet everyone she sees! Dog-friendly and people-loving—she’d play with everyone all night if she could! Great on walks—does her business quickly and doesn’t lunge She’s already winning hearts everywhere she goes and bringing so much joy to her foster home. Playtime Queen Smiley’s playful side is starting to shine, and it’s so fun to see! She’s discovering toys and figuring out which ones are her favorite—stay tuned for updates from her foster on which squeaky or chewy treasures she picks! One thing’s for sure: this girl knows how to have a good time. Snuggle Bug Status: Confirmed After a good romp or walk, Smiley transforms into a total snuggle bug. She’ll happily curl up next to you for some cozy cuddles and love. She brings comfort, companionship, and pure happiness into any home she’s in. Ready to Fall in Love? Smiley McGee is ready to share her smile—and her heart—with a forever family. If you're looking for a pup who will fill your life with laughter, affection, and tail wags, Smiley is your girl. Don't wait—submit your application today and meet the pup who’s been melting hearts from day one.  Apply now to adopt Smiley McGee and let the love begin!
