My story
Scarlet and her sisters were placed in a dumpster at 4 weeks of age. Then they went to a shelter and were placed on the euthanasia list. Scarlet has been with one owner. She is 1.5 years old now. She needs a patient adopter. She can be shy at first. She gets along with other dogs and cats. She is located in Monroe, NC.
