My story

How this pet arrived: Davis was brought in by our Humane Law Enforcement team. Why Davis might be the one for you: Davis is a medium sized black dog who wants to enjoy the comforts of a stable and caring home. He does not want to worry about what tomorrow will bring. He wants to know that his tomorrow will start out with breakfast and probably a walk around his neighborhood. He may get his humans up in the morning just to make sure that they are all OK and everything is as it should be in his home. He has been shy with us as he patiently waits for his new home. He is easy to leash and take on walks. His soft eyes and wagging tail will melt your heart. Do you have inside and outside space for a not so big dog who wants to be your good family dog? If you do, you will be so glad that you took this Davis into your heart and home. When your friends ask what kind of dog you have, just smile and say "a very special dog" because that is Davis. He is ready for a new home and while you are at it, he would not mind a new name. . At SDHS:Davis has been vaccinated, microchipped, spayed neutered and is now ready for his new home!
