My story

Hi, I’m Oreo—a velvety black kitten with a hidden twist. If you take a moment to look closely, you’ll spot subtle tabby stripes tucked into my sleek fur, like moonlight tracing through shadows. I’m a playful guy with a special love for sun-soaked naps on my favorite purple bed, where I stretch, purr, and bat toys with lazy delight. Nothing beats a good cuddle session, especially if you’re offering soft pets while I lounge in my cozy spot. But beneath all that playful confidence is a tender heart—I’m what you'd call a true mama’s boy. If the room gets loud or the games get rowdy, I’m the first to scamper back to my foster mom for comfort, cuddles, and—of course—snacks. I’m a little shy in new situations, but once I decide you're safe, I blossom into a gentle, affectionate companion who will melt into your arms. If you’re looking for a kitten with a sweet spirit, a dash of mystery in his markings, and an extra-soft spot for love and security, Oreo’s your guy. Because socialization is key to Oreo's development, he will need to be adopted with one or more of his siblings (Churro, Chungus, and Shrimp) or placed in a home with another young cat.
