My story

Meet Sammie, a 4-year-old Miniature Pinscher mix weighing around 20 pounds. Sassy and young at heart, Sammie believes the world revolves around him—and honestly, he’s not wrong. This little guy craves attention and affection, happiest when he’s curled up in your lap soaking up all the love you’re willing to give. Booty rubs are his absolute favorite, and he’ll happily hang out as long as you’re offering them. Sammie enjoys chewing on bones and never says no to a tasty treat, though he appreciates a good toss—he’s not known for his patience when it comes to waiting for snacks. Toys, however, aren’t really his thing. He prefers focusing his energy on his people rather than playtime. While Sammie can be a bit vocal when he’s in his kennel, he settles down once he’s out and about, content just being near his person. He’s tidy in his kennel and does well outside, making him an easy little companion to care for.
