The Rescue House stepped in, and this lovely lady entered into a life of cozy blankets and wand toys. Just days after arriving in foster care, Ruby Ann gave birth to two beautiful kittens—and proved herself to be a gentle, devoted mama from the start.PERSONALITY: Ruby Ann is an absolute doll—with soulful eyes and a coat brushed in soft white, gray, and apricot. She’s just as lovely on the inside as she is on the outside. From the moment she arrived in foster care, she warmed up to her humans and made herself right at home. She even showed her trust by letting them handle her precious newborn kittens. Ruby Ann loves batting at wand toys, curling up on your lap for TV time, and doesn’t mind being scooped up for a snuggle. She’s social, affectionate, and always happy to be by your side.COMPATIBILITY: While Ruby Ann has been a protective mama (as any good mom would be!), she may do well with other cats in a slow, respectful introduction. She has shown playful interest in the resident cats through a screen door and came from a colony, so she’s used to feline company. She hasn’t been around dogs or young children.
