My story

Hi, I’m Jemma, and I’m a happy, affectionate Husky who loves nothing more than being close to my person. My owner passed away, and my best friend George and I promised each other we’d find a loving home just like he wanted for us. We’d be thrilled to stay together, but if not, I’ll be okay as long as I’m loved. Why you’ll love me: ✔ Affectionate & Playful: I’ll happily follow you around the house like your shadow! ✔ Snuggle Pro: Belly rubs, pets, and car ride cuddles? Yes, please! ✔ Housebroken & Crate-Trained: I’m polite and well-mannered—no accidents here. ✔ Good With Kids: I enjoy attention from children and love being around people. ✔ Smart Cookie: I know “Sit” and “Paw,” and I take treats gently. More About Me: I’m calm when meeting new people—excited but never over the top. I walk nicely on a leash (though sometimes I pull a little because I’m excited!). I’m not a big talker, but I’ll greet you in the morning with a sweet little hello. Like George, I need a 6-ft fenced yard because I can be an escape artist. I haven’t met cats or small animals yet, so that’s an unknown. If you’re looking for a loving, playful girl who will bring joy and laughter into your home, that’s me!
