Meet Buddy, URGENT DUMPED WITH 3 OF HIS SIBLINGS AND NOW ALL ARE AT RIAK OF BEING KILLED! This family of chihuahuas were surrendered to our shelter due to their owner not being able to care for them. They were very shut down the first day, the second day they would let me get close, and now they climb on my lap Buddy needs help! PLEASE HURRY TEXT LAREN 4136298152
