Meet Amanita!Amanita is a sweet and friendly 4-year-old cat who's ready to find her forever home. With her gentle personality and calm demeanor, she’s the perfect companion for cozy evenings and quiet mornings. Amanita loves affection and is always happy to greet you with a soft purr or a nuzzle. She's past the kitten stage but still full of love and curiosity. If you're looking for a loving feline friend to share your space and heart, Amanita might be the perfect match.Come in and meet Amanita in person at the MaryAnn Wright Animal Adoption and Education Center — she’d love to say hello and show you just how special she is!For current adoption fees, please see our website, www.metrodetroitanimals.org. Adoption fee includes: age-appropriate vaccinations, spay or neuter, microchip, ID tag, fecal / worming, basic physical and behavior assessment. Dogs (6 months and older) receive an occult heartworm test. For an additional $20, cats (12 weeks and older) can be tested for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus) / FLV (feline leukemia).
