Meet Ashley, a vibrant Lab-Shepherd mix bursting with outgoing, friendly, and sweet energy. This lively pup thrives on human connection, making her a delightful companion for people, including children, and other dogs. While her compatibility with cats and other pets is still unknown, her high energy and playful spirit make her a joy to be around. Ashley is great with new people, always eager to make friends, and wonderful with kids, bringing her sweet and friendly nature to playtime. She handles food removal well, showing no possessiveness, and loves to play and socialize with other dogs, thriving in their company. Compatibility with cats and other pets is unknown, so introductions should be slow and supervised. Her personality is outgoing, friendly, and sweet—Ashley’s a social butterfly with a heart of gold. With a very high energy level, she’s perfect for active households that love playtime and adventures. Ashley’s potty training is poor—she is not yet potty trained but is smart and learns quickly with consistent training. Her leash skills are okay but need work; she’s a bit scattered on walks, struggling to stay in a straight line, but responds well to training. Ashley shines on walks, though her excitement can make her a bit zig-zaggy. She’s still adjusting to crate life, often crying or barking when crated, but with patience, she’s improving. Her love for other dogs makes her a fantastic playmate, always ready for a romp. While potty training is a work in progress, her quick learning ability means she’s well on her way to mastering it with a structured routine. Like other dogs, Ashley should be supervised around outdoor animals like chickens or guinea pigs, as she’s not yet trustworthy around them. Eager to learn and full of potential, Ashley is ready to thrive in a loving, active home.
