My story

Meet Emmy Lou! Emmy Lou is a sweet and playful foster puppy who has been exposed to dogs, cats, men, women, and children while in her foster home. She is great with other dogs—very playful and loves romping around with her older doggy foster sibling. She's also good with cats and tries to play with the resident cat, though he’s not very interested in joining in. Emmy Lou has been around a couple of men and was a little timid at first with a new male visitor but warmed up quickly. She’s great with women and has been really sweet and gentle around her foster family's 13-month-old son. She’s still a puppy and not yet housetrained or leash-trained, and she doesn’t know any commands yet. She has a medium energy level—a nice balance between playful and calm. She loves toys, especially chew toys, and enjoys playing with other dogs. Emmy Lou hasn’t shown any real fears or dislikes and would likely thrive in just about any home. She’s a great puppy who’s ready to bring joy to her forever family!
